Job Title Customer Service Manager
Description


Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead and motivating the customer service team to ensure they're delivering top class customer service. You will know the company's products, propositions and policies inside out and be able to communicate them to other members of the business.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Achieve customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
• Prepare and complete action plans.
• Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Identify customer service trends.
• Determine system improvements.
• Forecast requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Determine customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers; visiting operational environments; conducting surveys; forming focus groups; benchmarking best practices; analysing information and applications.
• Improve customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analysing results; implementing changes.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Relevant team leadership experience
• Telco industry background preferred
